Maybe if a linguistic expert could analyze this recording they could possibly pick up an "accent?" spoken by the voices if there is even one at all thus maybe pin pointing a country of origin. That would lend some credence to the theory that this song could be foreign in origin. After scrolling through the comments of every video of this song on YouTube and other forums speaking about this song many people have suggested that the person or persons vocalizing are not English speakers in origin. To make the story short, the guy in the post said that he found this fragment of music while testing how to record some audio from his PC.
